Regulations of conduct:
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS of the Ereparo Platform
All terms used in this document will mean: Ereparo Platform

Rules regarding user conduct
 Ereparo Platforms
      1.  The user should have legal capacity to enter into transactions.
      2. The User should carefully complete the form provided on the Ereparo Platform

3. A user who has correctly completed the registration form as described above
    By confirming "registration", the user will immediately receive
    at the address entered by the User. e-mail, message containing information about registering on the Platform
    Ereparo with a link activating the registration.
 We inform the User that when clicking on the registration link, the account is registered automatically and is active, where the User consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Ereparo Platform, the User also concludes an agreement with Ereparo Platform for services related to the Platform.
 
4. The User may withdraw from the contract with the Platform
    within 14 days. Ereparo by submitting appropriate information about withdrawal from the contract, but only if the User has not made any binding transaction on the Ereparo Platform, such as: putting up their items at auctions, advertisements, promoting themselves in the company database and concluding purchase transactions.

    In such a process, the User will be deleted from the database within 30 business days, about which he will be informed to the e-mail address provided by the User.
   
Rules regarding personal data of the Ereparo platform
The rules regarding personal data on the Ereparo Platform are included in the Privacy Policy.
Principles and Rules for sellers of the Platform Ereparo 
The Ereparo Platform informs that the goods put up for sale by the User and those Users who buy, advertise or promote their companies do so at their own risk. The Ereparo platform reserves the right to make changes in the category in which the User has listed the goods, advertisements or in the industry where he promotes his company, even with the possibility of removing the above-mentioned operations.
The Ereparo platform is not liable for any defects, damages, goods not consistent with the description or even failure to deliver the goods, as well as any announcements and promotions of any company industries by the User.

How to report policy violations on the Ereparo Platform
1.      If you believe that the rules of use on the Ereparo Platform have been violated, the User should immediately report the situation on the website via the contact form or e-mail address: office@ereparo.com
